Membership Policies

All pricing options (aside from punch cards and single drop ins) are a month-to-month commitment. 

To edit, stop, pause or cancel membership we require two-weeks’ notice prior to your upcoming scheduled payment.

Please email us directly at info@takeoverathletics.com with cancellation requests.

Verbal or phone cancellation requests will not be honored.

If you wish to continue training with us in the future you may be subject to any applicable membership rate changes and an additional reactivation fee.

Please note in either case all payments are non-refundable and will be processed if this request is submitted less than 15 days before the payment due date.

We reserve the right to change our pricing and rates without further notice. Unless otherwise communicated, in the event of a rate increase existing members will maintain their current pricing. However, if any membership is adjusted whether that be a downgrade or an upgrade, you will then forfeit your past rate.

Drop-In Policies

We welcome drop-ins, but just ask that you please show up 10-minutes prior to your first visit. If possible, please fill out our new athlete form prior to your visit as that will expedite your sign in upon arrival.
