1. Schedule a 15 Minute No-Sweat Intro Meeting:

Tour one of our facilities and see what sets us apart from other gyms.

During your “No-Sweat” Intro one of our expert coaches will discuss your specific goals and together you will set a plan to achieve them.

Please note; No-Sweat Intro is not required, and can be be booked directly before or after a Free Trial.

2. Book a Free Trial:

Experience the TakeOver Athletics community and training for yourself:

  • Try one of our group training classes 
  • Meet with one of our personal trainers to review your specific fitness goals
  • Meet with one of our certified nutrition coaches to discuss your goals

What is On Ramp?

To ensure athletes joining us are provided with every opportunity to succeed, we recommend all athletes that are new to to this type of training complete our On-Ramp program prior to joining the daily workouts. On-Ramp is a foundational course that is scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches.

Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, answer any specific questions— setting you up for longterm success.
